Between Stars and Signals

Group Exhibition at Kunsthaus Hamburg
Curator: Anna Nowak
Opening: June 20, 2025
Exhibition Dates: June 20 - August 17, 2025
More Info: Between Stars and Signals

How do we navigate a world where our actions have planetary consequences? In our post-global era, we are not just Earth dwellers—we are geological agents, leaving lasting marks through our economic, ecological, and political choices.

The exhibition Between Stars and Signals explores these ideas, tracing a line from ancient star-based worldviews to planetary thinking and modern technologies like GPS. Featuring video, wall, and spatial installations, the show reflects on movement through space and time, and the complex relationships between humans, nature, and the cosmos.

Does digital transformation bring us closer to cosmic awareness—or further from the immediate experience of the world? The answer remains open.
